For founders, executives & organizational leaders
Ikigai executive health
You have a strategy for your organization.
Your health deserves one, too.
“I feel informed, empowered, and confident because I don’t have to figure all this stuff out on my own.”
— Charles S.
Physician-led diagnostics. A clear view of your risks. A plan built around you — not another report to interpret on your own.
For your own health or your leadership team.
- Physician-led interpretation
- Advanced, actionable diagnostics
- Individual & leadership-team options
Don’t leave your health
to a once-a-year snapshot.
You manage uncertainty, make consequential decisions, and think years ahead. Yet your own health can fall to the bottom of the agenda — especially when you feel fine.
Ikigai brings the same discipline to your health: establish a baseline, identify emerging risks, prioritize the next steps, and build a strategy for the years ahead.
See beyond “normal.”
Advanced biomarkers, imaging, and functional testing help build a more complete picture than a routine annual exam alone.
Know what matters next.
Your physician interprets the findings and prioritizes what to act on. Less noise. A clear, personalized roadmap.
Plan for life beyond work.
Build a strategy for strength, metabolic health, and long-term resilience — grounded in the life you want to lead.

For the people who lead
Start with yourself.
Think about your team.
Explore an individual assessment, or talk with us about Corporate Executive Packages for your leadership team. One conversation can help clarify the right starting point.
Before you decide
Is this for me, or for our leadership team?
Both. Executive Vitality is available as an individual health audit, and Ikigai offers Corporate Executive Packages for leadership teams. Start with a call to discuss your goals and which approach makes sense.
How much time should I plan for?
The Executive Vitality assessment runs over two months, rather than relying on a single-day snapshot. It includes an in-person diagnostic visit, real-world monitoring such as a two-week continuous glucose assessment, and a dedicated two-hour physician strategy session. Results review can be virtual or in person.
Do I need to be based in Boulder?
You do not need to live near an Ikigai office, but the initial diagnostic evaluation requires an in-person visit. Ask our team about testing logistics, remote follow-up, and care availability where you live.
Does this replace my primary care doctor?
Ikigai’s focus is proactive risk identification and a personalized longevity strategy. Discuss how the program can complement your existing care and specialist relationships during your introductory call.
What happens after the assessment?
You leave with a physician-interpreted health scorecard, a defined risk profile, and a practical plan. The assessment can stand alone or form the foundation for ongoing care. Your team can explain options and pricing before you decide.
